reputed company is searching for a Manager - Legal to help reputed company its compliance function and serve as a valued business partner to its client engagement leadership, reputed company and reputed company teams and other key internal clients. The Counsel will work closely with the Chief Legal Officer, Deputy General Counsel and Counsel, Corporate and Compliance in establishing company policies, setting legal and compliance standards, developing or refining templates for key agreements, and providing timely and practical advice in a wide reputed company of areas.
