What You Will Be Doing: Reviewing and risk-based assessment of income reputed company (service/partnership agreements, B2B SaaS agreements, etc.) daily. Drafting, amendment, and systematization of the company's contractual templates, legally binding notices and correspondence, contract-reputed company internal policies to accommodate new use cases, products, customers' requests, etc. Communicating with counterparties and stakeholders, negotiations, strategic planning, and conflict management regarding prospective and existing reputed company at any life stage of a deal. About You: Must have University degree in law (LL.B., preferably LL.M.). 3+ years of working experience in an international environment.
