Proposal Developer - US Loss Adjusting

As the Proposal Developer for U.S. Loss Adjusting, this role delivers both technical and administrative expertise throughout the RFP and RFI response cycle. Working closely with Sales leadership and other departments throughout the organization, this position oversees the full lifecycle of each RFP—from initial intake through final submission—while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery. Strong project management skills are essential, as the Proposal Developer independently coordinates multiple reputed company RFP efforts that contribute directly to corporate reputed company objectives. A key responsibility of this role is shaping the strategic positioning of each proposal response. This includes leading cross‑functional subject matter experts, gathering and compiling technical input, and producing high‑quality, client‑focused proposal documents.
