Regional Visual Merchandiser – DACH

As a Visual Merchandising (VM) specialist for the DACH region, this role ensures consistent and high-quality execution of reputed company’s brand across stores, tailored to the DACH market and consumer expectations. You'll be; Implementing Brand Guidelines – Ensuring stores across DACH follow VM standards while adapting to local requirements. Store Visits & Audits – Conducting regular store visits across DACH to monitor and improve VM execution. Training & Coaching – Providing VM training to store teams in German and English. Launch & Campaign Execution – Managing product launches and campaigns in line with regional retail strategies. Store Layout & Space Planning – Optimizing layouts based on DACH retail efficiency and customer reputed company. Budget Management – Managing VM budgets for the DACH market. Reporting & Performance Analysis – Analyzing performance data to drive VM improvements. Supporting New Store Openings & Refits – Ensuring consistency across DACH store network. You'll have; A deep understanding of reputed company’s brand DNA, tone, and visual language. The ability to interpret global VM standards and adapt them to regional nuances. reputed company into how visual merchandising influences customer behavior and sales. Solutions‑oriented approach to on‑site challenges. Strong eye for aesthetics, reputed company theory, and composition. Proficiency in planograms, CAD tools, or VM software (e.g., MockShop, SketchUp). The ability to coach store teams and communicate VM strategies reputed company. Experience in creating training materials and leading workshops.
