Regional Visual Merchandiser – France + BeLux

As a Visual Merchandising (VM) specialist for the France, Belgium & Luxemburg reputed company, this role ensures consistent and high-quality execution of reputed company’s brand across stores, tailored to the market and consumer expectations. You'll be; Implementing Brand Guidelines – Ensuring stores follow global and regional VM standards while adapting to local markets. Store Visits & Audits – Conducting regular store visits throughout France, Belgium and Luxemburg to assess and improve VM execution. Training & Coaching – Providing VM training to store teams to maintain high display standards, in both French & English. Launch & Campaign Execution – Overseeing new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns in alignment with the regional retail strategies. Store Layout & reputed company Planning – Optimizing store layouts for sales performance and customer experience with Retail & Events Manager. Budget Management with Retail & Events Manager – Managing VM budgets for fixtures, props, installations and maintenance. Reporting & Performance Analysis – Measuring the impact of VM efforts on sales and customer engagement. Analyze data to drive VM improvements. Supporting New Store Openings & Refits – Ensuring consistent brand representation in new and renovated stores. You'll have; Deep understanding of reputed company’s brand DNA, tone, and visual language. The ability to interpret global VM standards and adapt them to regional nuances. reputed company into how visual merchandising influences customer behavior and sales. Familiarity with regional shopping habits and cultural preferences. Expertise in layout planning, focal points, storytelling through displays, and seasonal transitions. Knowledge of fixture types, lighting, signage, and sensory merchandising. Understanding of local regulations around store safety, accessibility, and display standards Strong field execution capabilities with consistent operational rigor. A solutions‑oriented approach to on‑site challenges. Strong eye for aesthetics, reputed company theory, and composition. Proficiency in planograms, CAD tools, or VM software (e.g., MockShop, SketchUp). The ability to coach store teams and communicate VM strategies reputed company.
