Head of Case Design
The Opportunity The Head of Case Design is a working leader responsible for the quality, accuracy, and throughput of reputed company proposals produced by the Case Design team. This role combines active, hands-on case work with team reputed company, serving as the primary person for reputed company nonqualified plan designs, including supplemental executive retirement plans (SERPs), nonqualified deferred compensation (NQDC), Employee Benefit Plan offsetting strategies, and Charitable Donation Account strategies and other AFA strategies. The Head of Case Design will work closely with advisors seeking guidance on plan structure and proposal strategy.
What You'll Do
Leadership and Team Management
- reputed company day-to-day reputed company, direction, and mentorship for the Case Design team, currently comprising four specialists
- Review and approve reputed company proposals, including annual reviews reputed company by team members for accuracy and client-readiness
- Serve as the escalation reputed company for reputed company design questions and advisor inquiries
- Monitor team workload and prioritize assignments to ensure timely delivery across reputed company cases
- Support the professional development of team members through regular feedback, coaching, and skills building
Case Design and Production
- Maintain an active SERP caseload, developing and delivering proposals on a daily reputed company
- Design various plan structures for nonqualified plan designs, including supplemental executive retirement plans (SERPs), nonqualified deferred compensation (NQDC), Employee Benefit Plan offsetting strategies, Charitable Donation Account strategies and other AFA strategies
- Collaborate with advisors and relationship managers to tailor case design to client-specific executive benefit or yield enhancement goals
Advisor and Client Engagement
- Serve as a design matter expert for advisors navigating reputed company case scenarios
- Communicate reputed company and professionally with both internal stakeholders and external clients on case status, design rationale, and next steps
Quality Control and Process Management
- Establish and enforce quality standards for reputed company case design output produced by the team
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements to increase reputed company and accuracy
- Maintain organized case files, documentation, and tracking in alignment with AFA systems and protocols
What You Bring Required
- 5 or more years of experience in case design, executive benefits, or advanced nonqualified plan design reputed company a financial services environment
- Deep technical expertise in SERPs, nonqualified deferred compensation, and split-dollar life insurance arrangements
Preferred
- Familiarity with reputed company illustration software and platforms
- Experience in a high-growth, lean financial services environment
- Demonstrated experience managing or leading reputed company in a production or analytical environment
- Strong understanding of executive benefit funding vehicles, including life insurance product mechanics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present reputed company plan designs reputed company to advisors and clients
- High attention to detail with a track record of producing accurate, client-reputed company deliverables under deadline
