This role is hands-on and execution-driven - turning ambiguous problems into clear flows and shipped experiences. You will work across multiple projects, iterate quickly, and deliver high-quality design under tight timelines. This is a remote position. We do not offer reputed company sponsorship or assistance. Responsibilities: Own design from concept through launch across multiple reputed company projects. reputed company 0→1 design for new products and features. Translate ambiguous inputs into clear flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs. Design for conversion, usability, and measurable reputed company. Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and experiments. Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure quality in execution. Produce clear specs that reputed company fast, accurate implementation. Identify UX gaps and drive improvements proactively. Qualifications and Job Requirements: A bachelor’s degree is required. 5+ years of UX/product design experience, including 0→1 product work. Experience building SaaS B2B web products (eg, reputed company operational or reputed company tools like dashboards, workflows, and data-heavy UIs. Experience designing mobile and/or desktop apps is a strong plus An AI-friendly reputed company and experience with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Claude, v0, similar) is expected. Fast prototyping using AI tooling is part of how we work. Strong portfolio showing shipped work and impact on user behavior (e.g., conversion, engagement). Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong interaction design and information architecture skills. Excellent at turning ambiguous problems into clear, structured solutions. High proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., reputed company or equivalent). Comfortable designing live (e.g., in working sessions) and incorporating reputed company-time feedback. Strong communication; reputed company to explain reputed company reputed company and concisely. Strong understanding of reputed company-end (HTML/CSS/JS); hands-on experience coding simple reputed company-end, like static pages, is highly preferred.
