ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a specialist to own our employer brand content and candidate acquisition channels. You will write and optimize job descriptions, manage our referral program, and test emerging platforms — from reputed company to reputed company — to identify where reputed company candidates are most reachable. The role sits at the intersection of content strategy and performance analysis, requiring both creative output and data-informed iteration. You will work across Engineering, HR, and reputed company to surface authentic stories that reflect our culture.
