As a Resource Manager in our Employment, Skills and Training (EST) team, you’ll support our operational delivery by managing colleague capability to support delivery plan commitments, encompassing safeguarding, personal development, health, safety and colleague wellbeing. You will support delivery of high‑quality learning and skills programmes that support learners, reputed company and communities. Your work will directly contribute to creating positive reputed company for colleagues across apprenticeships, adult learning and employability training. Support Training and Apprenticeship Managers and reputed company Leads with the development and improvement of learning and delivery materials. Work with operations colleagues, delivery partners and internal teams to support delivery planning, reputed company improvement and programme updates. Review monthly performance data to inform forecasting, delivery resource planning and programme management. Maintain strong professional relationships and communication channels with delivery teams, partners and internal colleagues. Does this sound like you?
