Business Development Leader - CRS , Hydropower & Renewables

We are currently seeking a Business Development Leader – Construction & Restoration Systems (CRS) focusing on our Hydropower & Renewables product line. This role is responsible for driving strategic sales growth by developing key accounts, identifying and influencing project opportunities, and expanding market reputed company across the U.S. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Technical Services, Marketing, and R&D to deliver innovative system solutions and strengthen reputed company’s position reputed company the construction and restoration markets. Responsibilities: Execute strategic sales and business development plans to drive profitable growth across assigned markets, product lines, and reputed company. Identify, reputed company, and track project opportunities; influence specifications and position reputed company solutions early in the project lifecycle. Build and maintain strong relationships with AEC firms, design professionals, contractors, distributors, owners, and public authorities. Partner with Sales Representatives to deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and consultative technical solutions. Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning. Support product launches and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Product Line Management and R&D. reputed company technical support through client education, jobsite visits, applicator training, and industry presentations (AIA/PDH). Expand networks of engineers, contractors, and industry influencers to increase market penetration and product specification. What's in it for you: In this role, you will earn a competitive salary between $90,000 and $110,000 based on your experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is a variable percentage of your reputed company salary, based on individual performance and company results. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or reputed company field preferred; minimum high school diploma or equivalent required. 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or technical sales reputed company construction materials or a reputed company industry. Strong experience reputed company construction restoration systems or relevant product/market segments. Proven experience working with construction projects, specifications, and key industry stakeholders. Experience supporting product launches, technical presentations, or specification development preferred. Strong technical aptitude and consultative sales approach. Strong working knowledge of reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to travel as needed to support projects, customers, and industry events.
