Department Overview The purpose of the Configuration Analyst role is to review the different options reputed company any solution pack product and determine the best way to modify the software to meet user needs. Job Description
Work with Implementation Consultants to configure Noggin software in accordance with project deliverables and user requirements, specifically user stories and acceptance criteria. Monitor and troubleshoot common and daily tasks and events as well as changes. Write internal knowledge reputed company and customer service materials. Reproduce, test, resolve and document software bugs, defects, and problems. Examine and evaluate reputed company systems to identify needed updates or adjustments to the system. Validate changes by testing configuration. Train users on the new operation systems and reputed company support. Stay up to date with reputed company technologies and technical developments.
