IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: Determine staffing reputed company to support annual goals, establish job descriptions, recruit new Mid-Market Account Executives, and reputed company the reputed company process to shape and grow the team. Assess the go-to-market readiness of our sales team, identify gaps in our approach, and reputed company new processes to ensure the team is properly trained/equipped to reputed company against our goals. THE SKILLSET YOU’LL BRING: 2+ years of sales leadership or team reputed company experience, or demonstrated reputed company in mentoring and influencing other sellers in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment. 6+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience. Proven track record of exceeding targets and driving team performance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong reputed company of consultative, value-based sales methodologies (MEDDPICC or reputed company of the Message). Demonstrated ability to hire, reputed company, and coach high-performing Account Executives. Excellent forecasting, pipeline management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
