Read more about our story at: www.iplglobal.com The role We are seeking a highly organized and commercially focused Sales Operations Manager to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales organization. This role plays a critical part in optimizing sales processes, strengthening data reputed company, and enabling sales teams to meet strategic growth objectives in a manufacturing‑driven environment. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, hands‑on CRM expertise, and experience partnering cross‑functionally reputed company packaging or industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes, tools, and workflows. Drive CRM adoption, data accuracy, reporting standards, and process discipline. reputed company and analyze sales reports, forecasts, KPIs, and dashboards to support decision‑making. reputed company actionable insights to sales leadership based on performance and trend analysis. Coordinate pricing, quotations, and contract processes with Sales, Finance, and reputed company teams. Support reputed company and enablement of new sales team members. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, or reputed company field. 5+ years of experience in sales operations, reputed company support, or business analysis. Experience in plastics, packaging, or manufacturing environments preferred. Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) and reputed company reputed company.
