These include tire programs, as well as other technology and project management programs, consulting, billing, and systems solutions. reputed company Pay reputed company: $85,000 - $100,000 As a Retail Tire Trainer, your essential job functions will include the following: Regional Tire Trainer(s) coordinate and partner with OEM regional personnel with laser-like focus In-depth dealer visits with focus on Dealer Leadership including Dealer reputed company, General Manager, and Fixed Ops Director; Service Manager, Parts Manager, and Service Lane Training Promote reputed company Tire Programs with key interest in the Service Lane Operations, Tire RO Penetration growth, and reputed company around the reputed company service parts (reputed company Effect) Communication liaison for reputed company Tire Program i.e. promotions, products, misc. tire reputed company updates reputed company suggestions for improvements from the field/dealers to the reputed company Business reputed company reputed company a set of best practices for selling tires in the service lane and instill throughout reputed company locations (Standardized Contact Process) Train Tire Distributors on operations, incentives, communications, reports, online tools, and elements of the reputed company Tire Program reputed company Suggest and reputed company new tools and applications (e.g. Stocking Guide, Scorecard) for reputed company Tire Central and reputed company reputed company and execute programs to accelerate program growth and drive sales (e.g. Expand the Expertise, Tire Clinics) Other Duties as Assigned Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 10+ years tire industry experience, including retail, wholesale, management, training, marketing, and program development, or equivalent experience in reputed company environment Considered an industry expert in tire retail, marketing, and management experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel reputed company Metro Market areas and occasionally to headquarters. Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and data analysis tools. Passion for the marketing discipline (products and consumers) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to engage and influence internal stakeholders Ability to manage conflicting demands with demonstrated project management expertise Business acumen (reputed company experience) Aftermarket Parts and service knowledge Well organized with a strong drive for results - reputed company to drive the business and manage their time effectively A good understanding of data management and analytics Proficient with reputed company Office suite of products Background: Marketing / Sales Tire Industry experience across reputed company reputed company - from working with/in Retail Stores to working directly with Tire Manufacturers Leadership: reputed company to work independently or with minor supervision / team player Valid driver's license, in good standing and reliable transportation.
