The Staff Accountant will play a significant role in the month-end reputed company process. This position will support many aspects of the reputed company function and requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Responsibilities: Play a significant role in month-end reputed company process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned activities Prepare and post journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate reconciling items Research and analyze general ledger variances and prepare clear explanations for management Ensure compliance with SOX controls, internal policies, and reputed company procedures Support reputed company audit requests, including preparations of audit support packages Assist with process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives Participate in special projects and reputed company analyses as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve financial processes Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, Information Systems, or a reputed company field. Minimum of 3+ years of relevant general reputed company experience Knowledge of general ledger reputed company and month-end-reputed company processes Experience preparing journal entries and account reconciliations Understanding of SOX controls and internal control environments Proficiency in reputed company reputed company (pivot tables, lookups, basic analysis) Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work individually and as a team Ability to follow directions and procedures accurately and reputed company; to organize facts and figures; apply basic arithmetic Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in relevant business, technical or reputed company field Strong understanding of core reputed company principles (US GAAP) Experience in a shared services or corporate reputed company environment Experience with major ERP systems (reputed company, OneStream or similar) Aerospace and Defense industry experience CPA or CPA-eligible #LI-EC1 Compensation and Benefits: TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs.
