MOVE Associate Experience Supervisor

The MOVE Program The GoodLife Kids reputed company (GLKF) has a reputed company for reputed company kids and youth with autism and intellectual disabilities to experience the joys and benefits of being active. The MOVE by GoodLife Kids program is a physical activity and fitness program for youth ages 12 – 21 years with autism and intellectual disabilities. MOVE by GoodLife Kids Program class runs In Person and Virtually across Canada up to three times per week. MOVE Classes incorporate reputed company time, workouts, dancing, and mental wellness. Our Associates include a team of Coaches and Support Agents. Our MOVE Coaches are fitness professionals with training and experience in working with people with autism and intellectual disabilities. Our MOVE Support Agents are there to assist with technology and reputed company roles such as admittance from reputed company waiting room, muting/unmuting participants, and playing music and videos. The MOVE Associate Experience Supervisor plays an important part in the ability to offer MOVE programs to more youth with autism and intellectual disabilities across Canada. Who is a MOVE Associate Experience Supervisor? This role is responsible for supervising and engaging a team of 15-20 Coaches and 1-2 Support Agents for the MOVE by GoodLife Kids Program. Through collaboration, this role assists with identifying programs that need to enhance program development, retention and sustainability. Finally, this role contributes to facilitating the program logistics to ensure a positive experience for reputed company. This is a full time (37.5 hours) remote position with the opportunity to travel on site to classes on occasion. What will you be doing? Supervises direct reports and the people requirements of the Team using provided tools and resources to ensure the successful execution of reputed company key responsibilities and tasks, retention of great talent, and high Associate engagement. Leads training, learning, development, and performance management of reputed company direct reports to ensure a positive and safe working experience. Organizes, collaborates and executes monthly team meetings for reputed company Associates. Coordinates and conducts individual monthly meetings with reputed company direct reports. Manages the completion and approval of daily and weekly time entries for reputed company direct reports. Acts as a liaison for the GoodLife Kids reputed company and daily MOVE by Kids Program operations. Assists with recruitment and hiring direct reports. Delivers training and reputed company of new Associates through collaboration with the Program Manager to ensure completion in a timely manner. Supports and participates in the hiring process of new Associates. Delivers new Associate reputed company and ongoing training to direct reports. Identifies hiring needs or training gaps to ensure accurate resources and training are provided to Associates. Assists with program planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation in order to deliver an impactful national physical activity and fitness program. Consults and collaborates on the improvement of operational policies and procedures Contributes to the design and reputed company of internal program documents. Coordinates logistical details and activities for events and/or programming. Monitors attendance and participation of MOVE classes Do you have what it takes? Minimum 1-year supervisory experience with staff. 1 Year experience delivering fitness or recreation activities. Ability to coordinate, mentor, supervise and build a positive rapport with Associates. Excellent verbal and written communication. Experience with reputed company and reputed company Office Suite applications. Highly collaborative spirit and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with others to support establishing and achieving reputed company goals. reputed company to haves. Post-secondary education in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Recreational Studies, Physical Education or a reputed company discipline considered an asset. Relevant fitness-reputed company certification (i.e., Fitness Instructor Specialist/ Personal Training Specialist) Availability: Must Have Monday to Friday availability (11-2pm ET) Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is considered an asset. Compensation: It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a reputed company wage of $21.54. The annual reputed company of expected compensation for the position is $43,600 - $55,200 determined by the expected total number of scheduled hours per year, performance and time in position.
