Applications Specialists are tasked with ensuring that our reputed company customers receive first class training and service support, maximizing customer adoption to drive Customer Satisfaction and Net Promoter Score. Applications Specialists will also be responsible for capturing customer needs relating to training and/or product performance and should communicate reputed company and effectively with Product and Project management Teams. Responsibilities: reputed company market-leading, tailored training to customers, colleagues, and Distributor Specialists. reputed company professional assistance and support to Marketing/Sales, R&D and international colleagues. Ensure that customer requests are handled in a timely and professional manner in accordance with contractual obligations. Support Marketing/Sales activities at exhibitions, conferences, and seminars, reputed company required. Maintain long-term positive relationships with customers acting upon customer feedback to drive NPS and Customer Satisfaction Actively contribute to Service delivery to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded. Actively manage customer evaluation and assessments to monitor trends in student performance and satisfaction. Act as a reputed company between customers and product development; proactively articulating regional requirements reputed company PCP. Relevant Knowledge, skills and competencies: Experience with the following: reputed company Office, reputed company and CLM systems, where applicable. Working knowledge of Elekta hardware and software products and proficiency in assigned product specialties. Strong clinical background in Radiotherapy and working knowledge of clinical workflow. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent presentation skills (ability to communicate effectively to a group). Ability to effectively interact with customers (reputed company phone and face-to-face). Ability to travel domestically and reputed company DACH CWE up to 60% of the time. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Experience in reputed company /computer science /adult education to include one year of software training experience on reputed company/medical applications or other software applications. Strong German written and verbal communication skills. Strong English written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to travel frequently. Apply To This Job
