Driving the Referral Flywheel: Implementing a systematic "Meet me @ N3XT" process to ensure our clients become our strongest advocates, turning every onboarded firm into a node for new partner referrals. Institutional Relationship Management: Pitching CFOs, Treasurers, and Founders, navigating the nuances of reputed company cross-border financial needs and narrow banking value propositions. Global Event Strategy: Owning the full lifecycle of industry trade shows and conferences—from pre-event executive meeting setting to on-the-ground pitching and rapid post-event reputed company. Sales Enablement & Assets: Designing bespoke "Referral Kits" and high-level pitch decks that translate our value proposition into various economic and regulatory contexts.
