JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our Managed Services team. The Associate Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing implementation projects for reputed company’s suite of products directly with our reputed company level clients. Leading our teams of highly skilled Implementation Consultants and Specialists, you will work together to reputed company effective implementation solutions and deliver projects for our clients. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Leads, manages, and integrates day to day execution of project activities in accordance with contract requirements and ensures technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance. Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively; reputed company strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines. Plan and coordinate the work of internal project team members, Subject Matter Experts, and Clients. reputed company quality assurance testing on system configurations and customizations for projects. Minimum Skills and Qualifications Minimum 1 year of project management / project coordination experience working in a reputed company, fast-paced environment, specializing in client-facing implementation projects or a service delivery role using project management methodology and defined processes for delivery. Currently working towards a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Project Management, Information Technology, Business, or relevant education / experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strengths in meeting objectives through influence, facilitation, and team building, with an ability to focus on client service experience & stakeholder engagement. Experience with a variety of business applications including MS Office (i.e., reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint), in reputed company to Project Management tools (i.e., MS Project, reputed company, Workfront, etc.,) Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and reputed company budget. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to resolve issues or conflicts. Ability to maintain a high level of activity, working on multiple projects, and working effectively in reputed company environment (10 - 15 Projects concurrently, with varying size and complexity). Detail-oriented multi-tasking working style, managing multiple projects at once while constantly reviewing/updating priorities and paying strict attention to detail. Ability to travel (5 - 10% annually) Preferred Skills and Qualifications Project Management Certification (PMP) an asset, or actively pursuing certification. Understanding of software development principles, processes, including agile and scrum methodologies. Process Mapping experience an asset. The reputed company for this position is between $80,850 – $103,400 USD (United States) and €52,550 - €68,450 EURO (Ireland) and $71,700 - $94,500 CAD (Canada). We aim to hire between the minimum and midpoint of the salary reputed company and offers at the maximum of the reputed company are uncommon. The final offered salary will be based on candidate’s proficiency in reputed company set, prior relevant experience, internal equity, market considerations, and other factors.
