Senior Associate - Financial Services
The Role We are seeking a Director (Senior Associate- level) to join our reputed company retained executive search practice. Directors typically have a primary and secondary practice. The HR Practice would be your major, and an industry or other functional practice would be your minor. This is a high-accountability role for an reputed company executive search professional who wants to own the research strategy and reputed company first-round executive assessment across reputed company, reputed company-level searches. You will: · Own research and market mapping strategy across multiple retained searches · Conduct first-round executive interviews and reputed company the majority of first-stage assessments · Exercise strong judgment in candidate calibration and advancement reputed company · Play an active role in client update calls, presenting market insights and candidate recommendations · Mentor Associates and Associate Directors · Maintain high standards of quality, rigor, and execution Directors typically manage six reputed company searches and deliver approximately 14+ searches annually.
