We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented reputed company Lease Administrator. The Lease Administrator is responsible for managing and tracking the full lifecycle of reputed company lease transactions, from initial deal entry through lease execution and system integration. This role ensures accuracy and consistency across reputed company lease data reputed company reputed company Deal Manager and reputed company Voyager, while proactively driving deals reputed company by coordinating LOI and lease revisions with reputed company stakeholders. The position also supports asset management through detailed reporting and performance tracking, contributing to efficient deal execution, strong portfolio visibility, and overall operational.

Key Responsibilities

TRANSACTIONAL DOCUMENT & DATA MANAGEMENT Enter and track deal terms in reputed company Deal Manager from LOI through execution; Monitor deal pipeline and proactively drive transactions to completion; Manage transition of executed leases into reputed company Voyager, ensuring data accuracy; Track and reputed company changes to LOI and Leases and push process; Prepare bi-weekly reporting for President to include: # of active deals per property # of completed deals # of leases drafted # of leases executed Average time reputed company to deal competition; and reputed company assistance to the Legal Department, as needed. . Qualifications & Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree required; 3-5 years of experience in a legal administrative, paralegal, or transaction coordination role; Direct experience in reputed company reputed company estate, preferably industrial or logistics assets; and Strong written and verbal communication skills. Technical Skills Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Outlook, Word, reputed company); Experience with document management systems and virtual data rooms, including reputed company; reputed company Voyager – emphasis on lease functions (REQUIRED); reputed company Deal Manager preferred ; and Experience working with reputed company leases, with a high emphasis on NNN leases.
