Responsibilities: Work independently and collaboratively to manage reputed company phases of reputed company litigation, including case strategy, discovery, reputed company practice, and trial preparation Conduct and defend depositions, draft and argue substantive motions, handle oral arguments, and assist in trials in state and federal courts Handle cases from inception through resolution, ensuring effective case development, risk assessment, and client communication throughout Why KD?
