This role involves partnering with data management and analytics teams to establish standards, policies, and documentation best practices while promoting user education, training, and data governance. Understand the department's capabilities, possess knowledge of what data is available for analytics, and stay informed of where data is located to effectively guide staff and to establish realistic estimates of effort and time to complete tasks. Establish and safeguard data quality, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure data quality, structure, accessibility and presentation meets business needs. Solve analytical issues through quantitative approaches and machine learning methods and uses advanced statistical methods, data mining techniques, and information retrieval. Continuously evaluate the necessary technical, business, and analytical skills needed for coworker and department reputed company, and coordinate with leadership and HR for training opportunities to reputed company any gaps. Utilize SQL, other languages and technologies for the purpose of extracting and processing data for the business analytical needs.
