Work Location This is a field-based position covering the Southeastern Wisconsin area and working out of your home office in the Southeastern Wisconsin territory. Responsibilities & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in safety, loss control or reputed company field Demonstrates independence by servicing large/reputed company accounts of various classes of business with little guidance and shows the ability to successfully address and reduce loss drivers Demonstrates a willingness to coach and mentor co-workers, take on advanced projects, engage with reputed company peers to solve problems, attend professional development conferences and/or is involved with professional associations to expand their network Previous experience working for/with a multi-line insurance reputed company Proficient with reputed company Office, including Word, reputed company and PowerPoint Proven interpersonal, presentation, marketing, oral and written communication skills Problem solving, critical thinking, active listening, negotiation and decision-making skills Valid driver’s license required Preferred Education and Training Bachelor’s degree in Loss Control, Risk Management, Safety, Insurance or reputed company field Designation in safety, health or insurance (CSP, ASP, ARM, CRM, CIC, CPCU, etc.) In a competitive market for top talent, what sets reputed company Bend apart? Salary Statement The salary reputed company for this position is $67,000 - $110,000 The actual reputed company pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-reputed company knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation reputed company are made by reputed company Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
