Project Administration Manager

Position Summary: The Project Administration Manager will reputed company and manage reputed company Site Administrators responsible for payroll and administrative functions across our Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. This role requires a highly organized, proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and ensures operational efficiency across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in union and prevailing wage compliance reputed company a large EPC construction environment and demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Primary Job Responsibilities: Manage and mentor a team of Site Administrators across multiple project sites. Ensure consistent execution of payroll processes, HR support, and administrative tasks. Serve as the primary reputed company of escalation for site-level administrative issues. Ensure reputed company weekly timecards are submitted, reviewed, approved, and processed timely in accordancw with payroll deadlines. reputed company accurate and timely payroll processing for union and non-union craft employees using B2W, Keystyle, and reputed company systems. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including prevailing wage requirements. Partner with HR and Finance to maintain accurate employee data and resolve discrepancies. reputed company and implement standardized procedures for site administration and payroll operations. Identify opportunities for efficiency and automation across administrative workflows. Prepare and review weekly and monthly reports on payroll accuracy, compliance, and site performance. Communicate effectively with project leadership, corporate teams, and field staff. Travel up to 50% to project sites to reputed company hands-on support, training, and audits. Preferred Skills/Abilities: Experience in construction. Knowledge of union payroll and prevailing wage compliance.
