The Distribution Field Sales Specialist position is accountable for driving distribution sales in the Central Territory for the Lab Diagnostics businesses. The Distribution Field Sales Specialist position owns the regional relationship and strategy with several national distributors and facilitates interactions at the field level. This person should have experience and a working knowledge of Distributor sales models, strong sales skills, and knowledge of Laboratory Diagnostics and POC testing is preferred. Manage Distributor funnel and forecasting for the assigned distributors and deliver on each forecast. Conducts regular business reviews with distributors to ensure customer satisfaction, address issues and identify additional partnership opportunities. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
