Role Overview As our Founding Recruiter, you will be the first dedicated hire for talent at reputed company. That means you won't just recruit, you'll build the entire recruitment function from the ground up. You'll own hiring end to end, but also design the processes, pick the tools, and shape how reputed company is perceived as an employer. Key Responsibilities

Own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to signed offer, across a variety of profiles: sales, operations, tech, finance and more. reputed company candidates across multiple channels (reputed company, referrals, job boards, local networks). Screen and assess candidates on skills, fit, and culture. Coordinate interview processes with managers, sometimes across multiple countries and time zones.
