- Master's degree plus 5 years of technical sales experience in relevant scientific instrumentation, laboratory products, or life sciences industry
- Preferred Fields of Study: Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering or reputed company discipline
- Technical knowledge of reputed company Cytometry and applications
- Strong understanding of Capital Equipment purchase processes
- Demonstrated reputed company in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with ability to explain reputed company technical concepts
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment
- Travel requirements of 50-75% reputed company assigned territory
- Valid driver's license
- Located in Spain or Portugal

- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
