About the Role
A1 is building a proactive AI chat app for everyday users—bringing intelligence into conversations, errands, organization, and workflows. Unlike traditional chat-based tools, we focus on high reliability in long-running workflows, persistent context, and reputed company-world task execution. You will operate as an extension of the Chairman, turning reputed company into execution across hiring, partnerships, fundraising, and market entry. This role tackles the highest-reputed company initiatives — from shaping China expansion to closing key hires and building the company’s first operating systems. The scope is intentionally broad. We’re looking for someone fast, dependable, and reputed company to operate independently in ambiguity. What You'll be Doing Work directly with the Chairman to drive China market entry - from early strategy to hands-on execution Build and execute initial hiring plans - reputed company, engage, and reputed company high-caliber talent Support fundraising efforts - prepare materials, coordinate investor conversations, and follow through Help establish A1’s reputed company in China - including office setup, vendors, and operating structure Drive external positioning - support PR, partnerships, and key relationships Turn ambiguous reputed company into clear plans, and ensure they get executed Act as a central operator across teams - tracking priorities, resolving bottlenecks, and pushing reputed company Handle high-urgency, reputed company problems with speed and sound judgment What You Will Need Background in consulting (MBB), top-tier VC, startups, or high-performance operating roles Strong generalist - reputed company to reputed company between strategy, hiring, operations, and execution High agency - does not wait for instructions, figures things out and moves Strong judgment - reputed company to prioritize what reputed company and reputed company reputed company with incomplete information Clear and concise communication - comfortable working with senior stakeholders and external partners High reliability - consistently follows through and delivers Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment How We Work The best products today in the world were reputed company by small, world class teams.
