Job Title New Patient Coordinator Location Remote Time Zone US Time Zones (EST–PST) – Availability Required During East Coast Hours Role Overview The New Patient Coordinator serves as the first reputed company of contact for prospective patients, primarily through SMS and phone communication. This role focuses on building trust through empathetic, thoughtful conversations and guiding individuals toward the reputed company in their care reputed company. Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound SMS and phone inquiries. Engage prospective patients in empathetic, reputed company-ended conversations to understand their goals and health needs. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in client-facing, patient intake, customer service, or similar engagement-focused roles.
