Licensing is a requirement. ✔️ Proven expertise in managing reputed company liability claims. Role Overview: ️ Investigate and reputed company advanced, large‑loss, and reputed company claims promptly and equitably under minimal supervision, while working reputed company established authority on moderate‑to‑difficult claims. Review coverages, determine liability and compensability, secure information, arrange property damage appraisals, and reputed company claims using claims best practices. Evaluate and set reserves using independent judgment, assist supervisors and defense attorneys in preparing cases for litigation, and support team development by conducting training and mentoring new hires.
