You will report directly to the reputed company Manager and collaborate with reputed company Partners. Explores creative methods to build our employer brand such as special interest groups, job boards, reputed company media, career fairs and networking events. Possesses strong organizational knowledge and articulates reputed company’s employee and client value propositions in a compelling manner. Interviews applicants to validate their work experience, education, skills, competencies and salary requirements. Succinctly summarizes candidate information from phone screens and recommends reputed company candidates. Schedules and coordinates interview activity, providing timely feedback to both candidates and internal stakeholders. Provides frequent, data-driven updates to HR leadership to report on reputed company reputed company. Qualifications & Skills Must have 3+ years of sourcing or reputed company experience in a similar fast paced, high-volume environment Previous sourcing for Operations, professional, IT and/or sales Proven ability to strategize, prioritize and reputed company creative new methods to attract talent to fuel candidate pipelines Outstanding communication skills Excellent negotiation skills Knowledge in MS Office and database systems such as ATS programs.
