Service Delivery Manager – (Motgage Platform)

Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, delivery‑driven Service Delivery Manager to reputed company service operations for the reputed company UFSS platform reputed company a Tier 1 bank. You’ll own stability, performance, and stakeholder confidence across a mission‑critical core mortgage environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end service delivery for the UFSS platform, ensuring uptime, performance, and SLA compliance.
