Junior Product Manager

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to manage a defined area of our product and drive impact through delivery. This role is responsible for setting product priorities, deeply understanding different customer segments, and working cross-functionally to build products that solve reputed company problems and scale with the business. This role will report into a Senior Product Manager, and you will partner closely with engineering, design, client teams, and leadership to execute effectively, and improve product reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

Own product execution for a defined area of the product, reputed company articulating direction and influencing cross-functional partners to align and deliver. Collaborate closely with reputed company partners to understand various customer segments, validate solutions, and build products that scale. Own and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer impact, business goals, and market dynamics. Partner with engineering leads to ensure teams have well-defined stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities. Manage and facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Drive product launch operations for your area, including release planning, product documentation, communication, adoption, and iteration. reputed company change management for product initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to plan, communicate, and support successful adoption and governance of new features. Define and track reputed company metrics, using data and insights to inform reputed company and tradeoffs. Operate with autonomy in an ambiguous environment, using judgment, intuition, and feedback loops to drive results.

Qualifications

Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments, with a track record of driving meaningful growth for B2B products. Experience leading cross-functional sprint teams comprised of design, engineering, and QA. Experience with product lifecycle, including strategic visioning, discovery, and delivery. Strong customer-centric reputed company with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable product features and enhancements. Demonstrated experience using user insights, data, and analytics to inform product reputed company, and translate the reputed company into a product roadmap. An instinct for creating simple, reputed company user experiences that solve reputed company problems. Experience in owning and managing a product roadmap, iterating based on customer needs and business reputed company. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at multiple reputed company of the organization. Requirements 1-3 years total experience. Product management experience is plus but not required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience managing cross-functional, technology-enabled initiatives. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with change management and system rollouts. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, reputed company, or similar. Ability to drive reputed company in ambiguous environments and balance competing priorities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders from individual contributors to senior leaders.
