Sales Manager (South), Compression Technologies, UK Region

GEA Refrigeration (UK) Limited, is a market leader in industrial heating and refrigeration technologies for the Cold Storage, Process, Food, Beverage, HVAC and District Heating markets. We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our sales team reputed company the Heating and Refrigeration Compression Technologies sales division. Our Compression Technologies division manufacture industrial refrigeration compressors, packages, chiller, heat pumps and service solution products. reputed company our products are market leaders in energy efficiency and use environmentally friendly natural refrigerants. You will be responsible for developing sales with both existing reputed company-party contractor and consultant customers and identifying new opportunities to reputed company business growth. You can be based at any of our offices throughout the UK or work from home. Responsibilities / Tasks Effective customer relationship management to our reputed company customer reputed company. Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers. Identify new business opportunities and pursue them. Communicate effectively with clients to technically evaluate their needs. Prepare technically and commercially sound proposals and monitor reputed company. Conduct technical presentations. Be responsible for the entry, administration and reporting of reputed company leads and opportunities reputed company our CRM system. Travel reputed company the UK as required to carry out your role responsibilities. Manage your own day and book and attend your own appointments. Work closely with the compression technologies team to identify opportunities and drive the business reputed company. Communicate with our European technology centres in Germany and the Netherlands. Your Profile / Qualifications A minimum of 5 years field sales experience in selling a technical product. Experience in refrigeration or HVAC industries is essential. Experience in selling chillers and heat pumps would be an advantage. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Excellent organisation & communication skills. Customer focussed partnerships. Professional demeanour. Initiative and enthusiasm. Good business sense. Good planning and organisational skills. The ability to work calmly under pressure. Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills. The ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders. The ability to work in reputed company. The ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Good IT, budget and report writing skills. Good computer skills, proficient in using reputed company Office 365 applications.
