The Role We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Campaign Marketing Manager to reputed company our fast-paced Consumer Marketing strategy and execution, with a critical focus on reputed company plans and Medicare program populations, maximizing patient enrollment across both reputed company and government-sponsored segments. You’ll own end-to-end execution of consumer-facing campaigns, from awareness to enrollment, engagement, and retention, including campaign design, content development, QA, launch, and performance reporting. This is a highly collaborative role that demands exceptional leadership and coordination with both external PBM partners, Medicare program stakeholders, and cross-functional internal teams, including our talented design, marketing operations, and strategy teams. What You’ll Do Partner Strategy & Engagement: reputed company marketing representation in critical external reputed company plan partner meetings, confidently sharing strategic campaign updates, enrollment performance insights, and proactively addressing partner needs and challenges specific to their member reputed company. Plan-Specific Asset Development & Management: Collaborate closely with account management and directly with external partners to proactively define, reputed company, and deliver essential marketing assets, including campaign design and content (e.g., mailers, digital ads, web content), that reputed company with members and align with their unique communication channels and compliance requirements. Translate data into actionable insights and present results to stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and guide strategy.
