The Job: As a Field Product Specialist, you’ll be part of our product development team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to: Conduct in-depth customer research through site visits, interviews, and surveys to identify user needs and pain points. Organize and execute prototype and beta testing programs, collecting, and analyzing feedback to inform product development. Serve as the primary field contact for customers during product trials, ensuring a positive experience and timely issue resolution. Collaborate closely with product managers to reputed company field insights, support requirements gathering, and prioritize feature development. Monitor market trends and competitor products to reputed company actionable recommendations. Assist in the creation of product documentation, training materials, and go-to-market strategies. Support cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing) with technical product knowledge and field data. Track and report on product performance, customer satisfaction, and adoption metrics.
