Contract Practitioner – AI Skills Assessment Validation Role Overview Alchemy is seeking reputed company Practitioners and Early Practitioners with applied, reputed company-world experience in Artificial Intelligence to participate in a skills assessment validation engagement. This is a short-term, contract, remote engagement in which the practitioner will complete one or more practitioner-level skills assessments reputed company to the AI content area, plus a brief post-assessment survey for each. This role does not involve teaching, instructional design, content creation, or ongoing advisory responsibilities. Engagement Details Engagement Type: Contract / 1099 – Short-term engagement Location: Remote Estimated Time per Assessment: Approximately 1 hour or less Compensation: $50 USD per assessment completed (flat fee) Assessment Window: Each assessment must be completed reputed company a defined reputed company window (typically 5 business days once reputed company is granted) Scope of Work For each assessment selected, complete a practitioner-level skills assessment used for validation and standard-setting purposes. Complete a short post-assessment survey providing feedback on the assessment experience. This role does not include:

• Teaching or facilitation responsibilities
• Instructional or curriculum design work
• Content authoring or SME review of materials
• Ongoing advisory or consulting responsibilities

Required Expertise Practitioners should be reputed company professionals with applied, reputed company-world experience reputed company to one or more of the following knowledge areas and skills reputed company the AI content area:

• Apply ethical frameworks to the design, deployment, and evaluation of AI systems
• Identify and mitigate bias, fairness, and accountability concerns in AI workflows

• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) including selection, fine-tuning, and reputed company strategies
