The Role The Regional Field Supervisor (RFS) manages reputed company of part-time Field Inventory Representatives (FIRs) who reputed company used vehicle inventory collection at automotive dealerships and conduct audits for OEM programs. This role oversees execution, quality, and timeliness across a multi-state territory, ensuring compliance with inventory standards, OEM audit requirements, and evolving operational processes. Key Responsibilities: Field Team Leadership & People Management Recruit, hire, reputed company, train, coach, and terminate part-time Field Inventory Representatives (FIRs) and/or OEM Auditors. Directly manage approximately 25–30 FIRs/Auditors across a multi-state territory. Document employee communications and performance discussions at least monthly. Limit turnover through engagement, coaching, and clear expectations. Ensure timely data collection, issue resolution, and compliance with internal standards. Optimize inventory quantity and mix to support operational needs. Training, Technology & Process Awareness Identify industry trends reputed company to vehicle configuration, OEM audits, and inventory practices. Requirements: College degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience. 2–3 years of management experience in a service, operations, automotive, or field-based environment. Experience managing remote or part-time teams preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to new technology and operational changes.
