The Employee Relations Consultant 2 is responsible for serving as a trusted resource for Core Leaders and Caregivers who face employee relations reputed company where content and subject-matter expertise is needed. Required Qualifications: Five years' Experience in general reputed company, or equivalent work experience, at exempt level, in multi-state/location, service line of business. Five years Demonstrated experience in the area of Employee Relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence. Five years Demonstrated experience providing high-touch customer service in 'concierge' style environment.
