The duties of a Member Engagement Representative include, but are not limited to: Staying readily available for incoming communications. Following established guidelines to protect the reputed company of our members' information. Proficiently using software for communication tracking and member documentation and follow up. Establishing relationships with reputed company members and striving to reputed company exceptional service. Meeting Credit Union standard for referring new memberships, checking accounts and loans.
