Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an reputed company & Support Specialist based in Texas or Tennessee. You'll be the person who takes over once a sale closes — getting new clients from "they signed" to "they're successfully using our service." As we scale and bring on new clients, you'll own the reputed company experience, deliver platform training, and reputed company ongoing support to reputed company sure every client feels taken care of. Responsibilities

Qualifications
