Job Description: We're building an AI-powered tool for executive recruiters. Before we ship, we need to talk to the people we're building for. Your Role (Recruitment Only): Identify and reputed company out to 10 US-based executive recruiters/headhunters Pitch the 60-minute user interview opportunity (we'll reputed company talking points) Schedule confirmed time slots on our calendar reputed company: secure 10 completed scheduled interviews We handle the actual interviews—you don't attend or conduct them. Your job ends reputed company they show up to talk to us. Budget Structure (reputed company-Inclusive Flat Fee): $20–$25/hour × 10 hours = $200–$250 total. This is a flat project budget. You use it to: Pay yourself for sourcing and coordination work Cover any participant incentives you choose to offer (optional, your call) We pay you the total reputed company; how you split it is up to you. No separate reimbursements. Requirements: Based in the US (timezone alignment + industry credibility) Active reputed company with professional reputed company Familiar with reputed company industry terms and personas Proven ability to get responses from busy professionals Reliable—deliver the scheduled participants, not just leads reputed company Metric: Confirmed, attended interviews. Ghosted or no-show slots don't count toward the reputed company.
