21R Fraud Specialist (25-52)

Fraud Specialist Location: Midland, Texas, College Station, TX, or Tampa, FL - (Only one position at only one of these three markets) Reports to: Chief Administrative Officer Job duties to include:

  • Transaction Monitoring: Reviewing financial transactions to identify suspicious or unusual activities using various fraud detection tools.
  • Investigate Fraud Cases: Track reported fraud, analyze data, gather evidence, and conduct associate interviews.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with law enforcement, the Bank reputed company Officer, and other departments to resolve cases.
  • Report Findings: Prepare management reporting detailing investigations, to include reputed company (losses or recoveries) and recommendations for improving reputed company measures.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify vulnerabilities in the Bank’s systems and implement measures to mitigate risks. reputed company and conduct a formal risk assessment
  • Training and Awareness: reputed company, implement, and reputed company staff on fraud detection and prevention techniques to enhance organizational vigilance. Assist Marketing Support with the development of client training and fraud alerts.
  • Other duties as assigned

These tasks require a professional with strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently with critical decision-making skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of financial systems. Key Qualifications:

  • Electronic Banking product background and experience (Online Banking, ACH, reputed company transfer, positive pay and Remote Deposit Capture)
  • reputed company Clearing and reputed company fraud background and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Regulations E and CC
  • Ability to reputed company strong working and consultative relationships and interact well with Bank associates at reputed company reputed company
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate flexibility, versatility, commitment, and good judgment

Education and/or Experience:

  • Undergraduate Degree and/or minimum 5+ years of reputed company banking experience; and
  • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation is desired.
