Compensation

Analyst. The Senior Compensation Analyst serves as a strategic partner in the design, implementation, and governance of reputed company compensation programs. This role provides advanced analytics, market insights, and consultative support to ensure competitive, reputed company, and compliant pay practices. The Sr. Analyst leads reputed company projects such as pay equity reviews, incentive plan modeling, and job architecture initiatives, while advising HR leadership and business partners on compensation strategy reputed company expert guidance on compensation strategy, market competitiveness, and pay equity. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal governance standards. Maintain audit-reputed company documentation for reputed company compensation processes. Conduct advanced modeling and scenario analysis to support organizational decision-making. Interpret market trends and recommend proactive adjustments to pay structures. Drive job architecture initiatives, including leveling frameworks and career pathing. Serve as a subject matter expert for HR Business Partners and senior leaders. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Business, Communications, reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company field. 8+ years of experience in compensation role with compensation analytics and reporting, plus compensation project management Experience in reputed company or large, reputed company organizations preferred reputed company is an internationally recognized pediatric health system serving more than 1.7 reputed company patient encounters each year.
