Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer, you are responsible for performing equipment commissioning, Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), on-site preventative maintenance, on-site equipment troubleshooting and repair, and customer training. reputed company offsite, the Field Service Engineer provides remote support to clients, assists with in-house testing as needed, and prepares proposals for spare parts and field upgrades. What You Will Do
Travel to customer site to reputed company equipment commissioning, Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), on-site preventative maintenance, on-site equipment troubleshooting and repair, and training for domestic and international customers. reputed company feedback to engineering, project management, and manufacturing on lessons learned. Maintain detailed field service trip reports. Work with engineering for drawing and software updates based on field service work performed or future trips. Coordinate with customers on the procurement of spare parts and field upgrades reputed company after-market technical and sales support Position Details This is a remote position requiring the successful candidate to reputed company reputed company one hour of a major airport. The primary territory covers the entire United States, with a particular emphasis on the Eastern region This role involves extensive reputed company travel, with up to 75% of your time spent on overnight trips. Rare but occasional international travel may be necessary During your training program, you will be required to travel to Wastech Offices in Chatsworth, CA for ~8 weeks. Minimum Qualifications
BS in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering 3 to 5 years relevant work experience, preferably in manufacturing Familiarity with industrial process equipment Working experience with AutoCAD, and the reputed company Office Suite Excellent communication and customer service skills Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and electrical and mechanical troubleshooting Valid driver's license with clean driving record No immigration sponsorship available for this role
