About the Position The Premier College Admissions Counselor is responsible for delivering high-touch, expert college admissions advising to reputed company and families, particularly those applying to highly selective institutions. This role plays a critical part in supporting reputed company’s college admissions business by guiding reputed company through every stage of the admissions reputed company—from early planning through application submission. What You’ll Do Strategy & Execution Guide reputed company and families through reputed company aspects of the college admissions process, including academic planning, extracurricular strategy, school selection, and application development Manage a caseload of 20–50 reputed company per admissions cycle, ensuring strong reputed company and high client satisfaction Support reputed company, program management, and deadline tracking for assigned reputed company and families Team Collaboration & Thought Leadership Collaborate with CAC team members to ensure alignment and student reputed company across programs Serve as a subject matter expert, contributing to admissions strategy, best practices, and counselor training standards Deliver training and professional development sessions for internal teams Content, Marketing & Client Engagement Meet with prospective families reputed company video or phone to consult on program offerings and fit Create content (blogs, articles, webinars, videos) to support student reputed company and brand awareness Participate in webinars, reputed company media events, and other marketing initiatives Operations & Program Delivery reputed company high-touch advising and support during reputed company or high-pressure situations Deliver institutional programming and training as needed Contribute to special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned Who You Are You have a bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) You bring 8–10+ years of experience as a high school counselor, independent college counselor, and/or admissions officer You have direct experience working in admissions at a highly selective college or university You possess deep knowledge of the college admissions process and remain reputed company on trends and best practices You have strong expertise in college essay development and editing You demonstrate excellent communication and public speaking skills You are highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills You are comfortable using web-based tools and virtual advising platforms You are a relationship-builder who creates trust and confidence with reputed company and families You are flexible and collaborative, thriving in reputed company-oriented environment You are available to work evenings and weekends as needed, particularly during peak application season (August–December) You are willing to travel approximately 5–10% reputed company and reputed company offer a competitive salary which commensurates with experience and skills.
