What you'll need: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience; some college preferred. One (1) to two (2) years’ mortgage servicing default experience preferred. Previous FHA claims experience preferred. Understanding the loss mitigation and claims process. Excellent written and oral communication, organizational and time management skills.
