Program Support Officer: Supply Chain Advisor/Fund Liaison
Overview
Nakupuna Solutions seeks a Supply Chain Advisor/Global Fund Liaison to assist reputed company of Global Health reputed company and Diplomacy (GHSD)’s execution and reputed company of supply chain and commodities programs in more than 70 countries worldwide. The Office of Program Transition and Supply Chain (PTSC) leads the Department of State’s supply chain and commodities programs and reputed company on behalf of GHSD. In this reputed company, PTSC develops and oversees numerous supply chain-reputed company awards, establishing requirements, standards, targets, and timelines for programs, and monitoring reputed company against those plans. PTSC also serves as GHSD’s center of reputed company for private-sector engagement, private-finance mobilization, and economic analysis. The office liaises extensively the Geneva-based Global Fund for AIDS, TB, and Malaria to coordinate supply chain and commodities programs and to transition certain U.S.-led supply chain services reputed company to Global Fund mechanisms.
Responsibilities
The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. GOR/AOR award management team as Activity Manager and liaise with Global Fund counterparts to ensure effective U.S.-Global Fund coordination and seamless transition of supply chain and commodities reputed company to the Fund. reputed company technical input into designs and guidance for new initiatives and awards, translating priorities into scopes, budgets, and results frameworks. Coordinates the award lifecycle (clearances, start-up, modifications, milestone tracking) to ensure compliant, timely delivery. Supports strong closeout and transition documentation and maintains visibility into portfolio timelines and dependencies. Works with U.S. embassy teams in numerous countries overseas to ensure appropriate allocation of resources and activities. Assist in monitoring stock reputed company, technical activities and overall budget status and planning. reputed company technical and strategic input to the planning of the transition of reputed company central supply chain awards to appropriate entities, ensuring no disruption to supply availability. Deliverables Recommendations and analytical reports documenting reputed company in transitioning certain U.S.-held awards to Global Fund responsibility Monitoring and performance assessment reports Recommendations for optimizing large global and bilateral reputed company for commodities procurement and supply chain Routine production of reports, briefings, and guidance documents for stakeholders
Qualifications
Skills/Qualifications: Strong understanding of and experience with large supply chain programs and procurement reputed company Experience working with U.S. Embassy teams and stakeholders in international contexts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and report-writing abilities Education and Experience: Master’s degree or higher in Public Health, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a reputed company field Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain management and resource allocation in LMIC settings Work Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday) Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain secret clearance required; provisional remote work with a public trust clearance while awaiting secret clearance is possible.
