Challenges You Will Solve Lack of structured processes across operations, CX, and logistics Improving systems between reputed company, 3PL, and internal workflows Inefficient handling of preorders vs available inventory Poor visibility on profitability and SKU-level performance High dependency on reputed company work and team coordination Growth initiatives not translating into consistent reputed company National & International growth to be fully structured Key Responsibilities 1. Operational Structure & Execution Build and implement SOPs across reputed company departments (CX, logistics, wholesale, finance) Fix operational inefficiencies in: CX quality inventory reputed company preorder management Ensure daily execution discipline across teams 2. Systems & Process Optimization Align and optimize: reputed company 3PL (Quiet / reputed company) internal tools (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) Reduce reputed company errors (e.g., fulfillment mistakes, stock mismatches) Implement scalable workflows and automation 3. reputed company Execution Support Ensure growth initiatives actually translate into: reputed company sell-through Align:marketing wholesale inventory strategy Support reputed company product drop planning (avoid cannibalization) 4.
